Item # 7900P Series, 7900P Series Portable Gas Analyzer for Metal Heat Treating applications


The Nova 7900P Series Portable Heat Treat Analyzers are designed for the spot-check monitoring of various combinations of gases such as oxygen (O2), methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrogen (H2) for industrial processes including heat treating atmospheres.

CH4 - non-consumable, long-life infrared hydrocarbons detector
H2 - non-consumable, long-life thermal conductivity cell; available with internal compensation for interference effects from CO, CO2, and CH4

7900P1 - 1gas, single gas measurement of O2, CO, CO2, CH4, or H2
7900P2 - 2gas, any combination of 2gases as follows: O2, CO, CO2, CH4, or H2
7900P3 - 3gas, any combination of 3gases as follows: O2, CO, CO2, CH4, or H2
7900P4 - 4gas, any combination of 4gases as follows: O2, CO, CO2, CH4, or H2 

7900P5 - 5gas, any combination of 5gases as follows: O2, CO, CO2, CH4, or H2

Note: H2 measurement may be sensitive to interferences from other gases. Full application information required before specifying H2 analyzers.

Dew Point measurement can sometimes also be added to models within the 7900P series.
